Ozmo is seeking a motivated, capable Associate Business Analyst to join our growing team. As an Associate Business Analyst, you will be focused on product requirements definition, product quality adherence and product analytics to ensure Ozmo's products deliver the highest value for our customers. As a member of the Ozmo Insights Team, you will gain critical device and industry knowledge that will enable you to provide thought leadership and device library support to the broader organization. You will report directly to the Director of Product Services and work alongside content production and client success teams in support of our delivery process.

  • Participates in work order definition for new and updated support library projects
  • Contributes to final product quality assessment and remediation process prior to delivery
  • Aligns individual resource capacity and work order definition needs for overall production delivery schedule  
  • Conducts research and analysis to establish industry segment expertise, thought leadership and device expertise  
  • Contributes to thought leadership for specialized segment(s) of the support library to the broader organization
  • Conducts investigation, troubleshooting and resolution tracking of reported product issues 
  • Serves as resource to internal customers for support library analytics requests 
  • Collaborates with team members to establish best practices for internal process and documentation needs
  • Participates in team process improvement efforts via standard Agile “inspect and adapt” process 

Requirements and qualifications
  • One or more years prior business/technical analyst experience in a related field writing software requirements
  • Knowledge of mobile devices and the wireless telecom industry
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • Proven ability to lead and build consensus around decisions
  • Successful completion of specialized product training and certification
