Ozmo is seeking a self-motivated, hard working Mobile Device Coordinator to join our growing team. As Mobile Device Coordinator, you will be focused on managing Ozmo's growing inventory of mobile devices, staging device hardware for content production projects and troubleshooting hardware and software issues as they emerge. You will report directly to the Product Owner of content and work alongside Support Analysts and Content Developers to produce Ozmo's device support solutions for agents and consumers.

Responsibilities
  • Ensures Ozmo physical device inventory and asset management software are accurate with respect to devices counts and physical location
  • Establishes material handling policies for mobile device inventory, SIM cards and software updates
  • Manages OS updates to ensure mobile device hardware is staged properly for production work
  • Creates project documents and time codes to ensure proper project initiation and time reporting 
  • Provides technical support to Insights Team and Content Production Team to remove device impediments to production work
  • Conducts timely assessments of new mobile devices to ensure impediments are identified and resolved well ahead of production work start dates
  • Participates in weekly client meetings with Client Success to provide device-related input 
  • Attends internal planning meetings to align device inventory with upcoming Content Production schedules
 
Requirements and qualifications
  • Associate degree in applicable area of study or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with a wide range of mobile devices
    • Android and iOS mobile device operating systems
    • Mobile device hardware and software troubleshooting 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Prior inventory management experience preferred
