Ozmo is seeking a detail-oriented, technologically-proficient Administrative Assistant to join our HR team temporarily on a full-time basis for four months starting in August or September. As a temporary Administrative Assistant, you will be focused on a variety of duties ranging from office administration to event planning to human resources. You will report directly to the Senior Human Resources Manager and work across multiple departments to keep our Ozmonauts happy and supported.

Requirements and qualifications
One or more years of experience in an administrative role
Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, digital environment
Adeptness at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner
Ability to work autonomously
Experience in a human resources role preferred
Proficiency with G Suite preferred
This is an onsite position at our headquarters in Blacksburg, VA.
